The Federal Government of Somalia has received financing from the Africa Development Bank towards Technical Assistance (TA) and Capacity Building forThe Ministry of Energy and Water Resources (MoEWR) is the implementing agency and intends to apply part of the grant towards payments under the contract for Establishment of an Energy Database Management System (EDBMS) For the Federal Ministry of Energy and Water Resources (MoEWR).
